Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 5 business days (there are days when we have a 200 orders a day) to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Note: If you chose Slower Shipping, then we can`t offer you a tracking number for your order!

Q: What's the difference between Slower/Faster and Ulttra Fast Shipping
A: Slower Shipping is cheaper, takes more time(up to 60days - depends from the product & country) and it dosen't always have Tracking Opportunity.

Faster Shipping is a bit faster, little bit more expensive and usually we also have a tracking id with this type of shipping.

Ultra Fast Shipping is a fastest shipping service we can provide. Also with tracking opportunity.

Note: We are a 21. century business and we don`t own warehouses, this would make our products more expenssive for no reason. Our products are coming directly from factories, so it also takes a little more time :) But our clients love it!

Q: How long does shipping takes?
A: Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, it will normally take 14 to 21 business days. For International orders, please allow up to 30 days. PS. Up to 60 Days On Special Occasions .
